Copyright Information – please read before purchasing.

All artwork is property of My Artistry Studio. Buyers have the right to display artwork, but may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any of the artwork without written consent from My Artistry Studio.

What is our shipping policy?

All orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days unless the customer has been notified of changes.

Since my art prints are outsourced, they take a bit longer to produce (typically 5-10 business days before shipping out). As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

This same policy exists for any orders of greeting cards in bulk of 20 or more and custom orders on print/canvas art.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.

How do you handle customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do you handle shipping and/or delivery issues?

My Artistry Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from the delivery of your order (package is damaged, lost, stolen, etc.). This also includes any mishandling or failed delivery attempts by the Canada Postal Service.

Do you accept returns?

I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please email me if you have any issues with your order.
