✶ As a small business, all orders are processed within 3-5 days of receipt and shipped out of Niagara, Canada.
All shipping rates have been adjusted to be flat rate to give you the LOWEST possibly shipping rate while providing tracking & reducing the risk of the product arriving damaged. I DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT OFF OF SHIPPING. I understand shipping can make or break a purchase and will be actively looking to reduce shipping rates as much as possible.
My Artistry Studio does not count Canadian Statutory Holidays as a business day.
Out of Province orders may take between 2-10 business days.

If you are outside North America, please email debra@myartistrystudio.com for a shipping quote.
IMPORTANT: Please note that any shipments that leave Canada may be subject to applicable duties and taxes, and are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
The Purchaser is responsible for all fees, duties, customs and taxes upon delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
✶ Please contact your shipping provider regarding any lost shipments prior to contacting us.
If a package is lost, contact your shipping provider to open a ticket. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. It is your responsibility to track your packages using the provided tracking information.
